Getting Started

  • Therapy and coaching can support you if you are experiencing emotional distress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or if you want deeper self-understanding and personal growth. You do not need to be in crisis to begin.

  • Feeling safe, heard, and respected is essential. If at any point you feel the fit is not right, this can be openly discussed. You are always free to stop or change direction.

  • No. Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapeutic work. This is discussed and reviewed collaboratively.

Approach & Ways of Working

  • My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from psychotherapy, somatic awareness, coaching, and holistic practices. Sessions are tailored to your needs, pace, and personal history.

  • I work with trauma and abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, identity and life transitions, relationship dynamics, grief and loss, and support for highly sensitive people and carers.

  • Yes. I offer culturally sensitive and inclusive support and respect each client’s personal, cultural, and spiritual framework.

Online & In-Person Sessions

  • Yes. Online sessions can be just as effective as in-person work and offer flexibility, comfort, and accessibility.

  • Yes. In-person sessions are available in Dublin South. Online sessions are offered worldwide.

  • Sessions are offered in English.

Professional Boundaries & Safety

  • Yes. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of my work, in line with professional and ethical standards, with rare legal exceptions explained clearly if relevant.

  • No. I am not a medical doctor or psychiatrist and do not prescribe medication. Therapy and holistic work do not replace medical care.

  • Yes. Therapy can complement medical or psychiatric support. Collaboration is discussed where appropriate.

  • No. Therapy, coaching, and holistic work are processes, and outcomes vary for each individual.

  • Yes. Reduced rates may be available for students and unwaged clients. Please enquire directly.

  • Cancellations require advance notice. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged.

  • Sessions can be booked directly through the online booking system by selecting an available time.
